The Westminster Sailing Team would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the MAST Academy Girls Team on an incredible performance at the MASSA National Invitational Girls Sailing Regatta last weekend in Georgetown! Finishing 3rd overall with an impressive 13 top-5 finishes and 4 race wins in this whose who of women’s sailing is a huge accomplishment! 🎉⛵
The conditions made for a challenging weekend, with brisk northerlies on Saturday morning and light winds in the afternoon, followed by a shifting southerly on Sunday that sounds like it tested everyone’s patience and skill. Your time and efforts in practice and acquired skills truly shined through at this National High School Regatta — well done!
